my card anniversary (card approved date) from 12/6... so is the 3% cashback entitle for:

12/6-12/7
13/7-13/8
13/8-13/9

Add 3 month from your card approve date.

12/6 - 11/9
12/9 - 11/12
12/12- 11/3
12/3 - 11/6

You have to read the TnC first.

if not mistaken, when i read about the t&c last month, there's a cash pool and based on fcfs right? and it's divided into 3 months. can't remember clesrly and my phone data sucks at this area now.

Crap. I already swiped my 12/12 in August and yet being charged with AF+6% GST in this month's statement.

Is there any way to vent my anger and get it waived?

The AEON Watami 3% Cash Rebate is credited/counted on third statement bill, right?

I got a cash rebate of RM50 written on my first statement but not deducted.
I should have gotten more than RM50, or it's a form of writing by them?

Also, what does "Cumulative / Transaction Spend (12/12)" <-- first year AF automatically waived?

12/12 means you achieved 12x swipes to waive the af.

Based on my experience I think that is not the 3% cash back. Maybe it is watami restaurant cash back?
The quarterly 3% cash back is based on your joining date, so yup should be reflected on third statement. You can easily calculate your cash back by adding up all spenditure from month 1 to 3 and then times 3%

should be the waiver for his first year af...

i suspect you must have chosen instant for mbb.

I only have MBB and HLB saving acc.
Just to confirm is it GIRO Transfer from MBB have to pay RM1.06?

Instant Interbank Transfer is RM 0.53 inclusive of GST.

I believe you made payment to Aeon Bank instead of performing Interbank Transfer, be it GIRO or instant.
Payment is RM 1.06 inclusive of GST.
