Update : AEON so called expedited the WATAMI processing after messing with our application forms. MY wife collected her WATAMI card yesterday at MidValley. Still waiting for my compensation though. AEON has escalated to their top management for compensation approval. My target is to get this visible enough to the management for process improvement.

I have an assigned BNM and AEON staff working with us to identify the process loophole and suggest improvements. There is this bunch of unethical employees that change the product info so their sales quota/commission gets full filled. The moment the card approve, they get their commission and the victims are the customers stranded to re-apply/cancel.

i got the same problem b4. but when the CS called me, i told them i applied watami instead of gold
but in the end, my application failed due to i don wan to get a confirmation letter from employer.

That said, I think the Classic card looks nicer than the Gold card.

i just use my standardchart credit card to book hotel at expedia and it charge me 1 percent cross border fee. i wan to know that aeon bank got charge cross border fee or not?

The statement is not out yet but from the summary, it appears that the rebate for the 5% promo in July is not credited. It is supposed to be in in september's statement. Anyone received it or the pool is already maxed?

Only received RM1 from my starbucks transaction on the 12th, 17th and 18th July dining transaction not entitled to.
