bkk to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market must join tour?
*
Nope, you can also take a cab to the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok, buy a bus ticket from there and be on your 2 hrs journey to Damnoen Saduak biggrin.gif
When in Damnoen Saduak, you may bargain for cheaper entry rates prior to hopping onto a canal-friendly boat! Be careful though, not many Thais I've spoken to knows about the Southern Bus Terminal in English! You could ask the taxi drivers to take you to a place called, Sai Dai Mai which is Southern Bus Terminal in Thai.

well what type of travel package? you mean several days or day by day? you can just arrange tour when you show up at the hotel. i advise you to maybe call the hotel you are interested at staying and they should have tours set up.
