Want to report that restaurant Tai Zhi Heen at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur is not classified as Dining but Hotel.

I did a refund on AliExpress for a USD transaction completed in July.
Would you all think PBB will "debit" the rebate given on the July or based on the new USD amount credited in September |
