Call up CS to ask when is your statement date.

It means that your will receive the cashback for a particular statement period on the same statement date itself.

Seems like apply too the website required too less information, did they follow up with you for more docs or clarifications via email?

How's the applications process? Maybe you can tell a short story? Like they call you up to clarify few questions, identify your identity, ask about ur income source etc?

I got my pressure cooker too and PB still not charge the RM68 yet..
The lucky part is...CS told me I'm not eligible on this also because im RP applicant   

It takes a month for me and I call to cs to ask, they told me I'm not eligible but I receive sms in the same day  "your gift will received in 2-5 working days"
