Want to report that restaurant Tai Zhi Heen at Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur is not classified as Dining but Hotel.

I want to report that CS confirmed Starbuck is not consider Dining at Public Bank system. I can proved it whereby i buy Starbuck in several places besides those listed in front page also don't manage to get the cash back.
Isetan supermarket at KLCC also not categoried as Groceries, luckily charge not much on it |
