how long to get approval for the card and what is the mode of communication of the approval? SMS first? o need wait for official hardcopy approval letter? thx

If i shop online through tesco.com.my....will the transaction be treated as 'online' or 'groceries'?? If online then cashback shd be applied right? Thx
