Unless you can explicitly get a response from Panasonic if their inverter has clean mode which cleans the blower after operation to prevent mould build-up, go for the other two brands.

For Mitsu Heavy Industries, if your room is neither square nor rectangular and placement of AC pipe can be such that you want to reach all parts of the room at the same time, go with SRK10YL-S which has 3 motors for independent left and right in addition to up down. The SRK10YN-S doesn't have this feature (auto 3D) that the YL-S model have.

There's a difference in price. I would prefer Sharp then MHI. MHI only if the type of room shape I mentioned above.

For indoor health purposes, auto clean is a must after air purifying. Mould is undesirable and they are the main culprit in residential sick building syndrome related to poor AC maintenance.

installed it mid last year , that time rm1200 including installation

notice some mold build-up near the blower.. AC unit quite new.. less than 4 months of using..

anything we can DIY to clean? like sprayer? e.g.:
