I have a noob question to ask. For those intermediate terrace houses, usually where do they place the outdoor unit for the living room air cond downstairs?

Noob question here, is it practical/common practice for an AC unit in the living room (downstairs) of an intermediate terrace house but with the outdoor/compressor unit placed at the AC ledge or balcony on the first floor?

As long as it between the spec, not a problem.

Each brand and HP aircon have the compressor pumping alleviation max spec. The spec will tell you how height the outdoor can install compare the indoor.

And the max distance between the 2.

Anyone here that's using Panasonic's sky or aero series air conditioners? Any reviews about it? Like the idea of air being directed upwards instead of directly towards me in the room but haven't read reviews about these models (locally especially) or haven't searched too in-depth about it anyway.

I wonder that is that circled device in my new air conditioner Panasonic R32 CS-XU13UKH-1. My previous R410 CS-S13TKH-1 didn't have it.[attachmentid=9873671]

Any problems with the CS-S13TKH-1? How long have you been using it?

So far it had no issues, been using it since 10 October last year, before I transferred it over to my office to replace a faulty old unit.

Is the radiant/shower/indirect cooling feature for that model useful?

Just would like to know, are there other aircond brands out there in the market that has the same indirect cooling feature like what Panasonic has?

Also, any forummers here have experience with Mitsubishi Electric? Never really fancied the brand before but one electric shop salesperson tried to convinced me to get it. Like the easy cleaning feature though where you can open up the vanes and all that to wipe the inside

What you mean indirect cooling? What feature is this.

I m using the Mit aircon. I brought it for easy cleaning. Overall run more quiet.

Indirect cooling as in it can blow the cool air towards the ceiling instead of direct to the occupants in a room
