Just got a called from telemarketer regarding my CIMB plat.

Asking me if I want insurance for my credit card.

I clearly remember I ticked no for any promotion from the bank but alas....

Can get.

But you'll be charged with the notorious cross border transaction fee.

So it's around 4.2% cb instead?

lol. that telemarketer is a guy. Talking about what backup plan la. No outstanding also can buy, RM6 per RM100 outstanding. Insurance takes time to claim, this one instantly can offset. But I only have a few hundred ringgit of outstanding for CIMB card at one time... sweat.gif sweat.gif

YES.

You just need to sign up for CIMBClicks with your ATM PIN from your credit card.

Request for the ATM PIN first.

For standing instruction of 2% cb for telco bill payment, is it consider as standing instruction if I register for auto billing at telco center?

Means will I get 2% cb if register auto debit at maxis or digi? And not by registering auto debit through cimbclick?

Tia....

Err, 0.8% is okay la. Means, you'll get% still ma tongue.gif

I use for GSC purchases and hotel bookings mostly.

So far, no complaints la except the CB now credited next month instead of end month.

I think either way you'll get 2% cash back as long as it's auto debited or auto paid.
