The RM 10 fee for the Zing TnG has been reversed together with the charged GST:
TNG ZING CARD FEES REVERSAL RM 10.00 GST SR 6.00% TNG ZING CARD FEES R RM0.60 |

Noticed that even you use UOB PayOnline payment processor to pay your bill. The merchant name is nothing resembling UOB or UOB PayOnline.
Are you still trying to connect to respective payee server? |
