anybody who hasn't gotten their sms transaction alert on their spendings lately? after my credit limit change, i no longer get any notifications. gave a call to their CS and they said the minimum is rm100, any amount lower is not possible because it costs the bank for sms :facepalm

HLB has SMS triggers function, but you will need to walk-in to activate it. That's their "criteria".

I got this SMS today, anyone got this? I do not see any coupons related to CIMB, how to get 30%?

I remembered this could be a deal from CIMB Deals apps.

I went on a weekend (cause I go to pyramid almost every weekend), and since I do not have EPF, I couldn't get my card. The guy did tell me that if I do contribute EPF, I can get my card within 1 hour on that day itself. So I'm pretty sure they approve cards on weekends if you have EPF.

Yes, 5% for online transactions but bear in mind the cap is RM 30 for online transactions and RM 20 is for other retail transaction.
In a way, the maximum you can spend for online is only RM 600.
