QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Mar 14 2016, 12:26 PM) Yeah, why is that? Is it because of the price? I haven't gone to check Maxis's plan yet. Why not Digi or Umobile.... The only reason why I use Celcom is because of its coverage, especially on islands. But............... this is pissing me off. meh. well Maxis plan is a bit expensive & Data quota less compare with Celcom. now with people on tight budget, they see which offer value for money. Celcom is the one comes near to it. esp the First Gold plan

I change phone and convert to Celcom almost the same times, so i cant tell now it's my phone problem or line problem I'm on 38 plan. Celcom 3G and H+ data are very unstable since the introduction of first 38 plan. you need to have at least signal strength of - 90dbm or better to have smooth Internet. Celcom 4G works great for me. Smooth Internet with only 1 bar signal or about - 115dbm. Guess anything lower than 4g is just too congested for most location atm.

Problem is their 4G network isn't stable as well for certain areas, frequently switches back and forth between 3G and 4G.

When its on 4G and in good condition, the speed can go faster thn my unifi wifi, but i don't like sometimes the connection just gone while i traveling in public transport, playing some game and dueling with ppl and get disconnected, that's annoying This post has been edited by ragk: Mar 15 2016, 02:25 PM

I change only 3g signal then the problems solve for no signal.
Its their 4g and 3g signal keep switching make the lines problems.

frankly speaking I don't find the switching between 3g and 4g is slow. 4g switch to 3g instantly whenever I make calls with no delay. however, switching between 3g and h+ seems slow if signal is not very good.

Celcom & Digi have the same problem hmm dun rmb i had this issue when using my old Digi plan Maybe Digi is not that slow in their worst condition compare to Celcom and i didn't aware. But i did encountered once, disconnected in my room using Celcom 4G, because when Celcom on their best condition they do do better thn my Unifi Wifi, and it usually connecting well in my room.
