Issue Details: I've got full bar with 3G but most of the time it is impossible to surf. Calls are fine.

i'm on the limit of my patience with celcom. since porting over to FB38, the past 1 week is hell. even in full H coverage, i frequently get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET when opening web on Chrome. Facebook will get loading timeline error. I have to keep refreshing and then maybe, just maybe, it will load. Arrgghhhhh

My current area coverage on Celcom even worst than my previous UMobile. Shown 3G or H+ but no data at all, UMobile is doing better.

Complained to Celcom OCS then waited for 2 weeks found out the report is in Resolved status. Nobody even called me about that because the line still suck!

After chatted with help desk... He told me they have checked & aware about this issue. The current coverage is limited... Will be improved in next year 2016 plan. What? Mean I have to switched back to UMobile then... doh.gif

I ported from Maxis in July and today I checked the August bill for the first time.

I found that the call usage is about RM11 extra so I gave a call to Celcom CS to ask for more details since they are within the 50 minutes free talk time.

I was speechless when they explained that the usage and call records within 50 minutes free talk time were not shown in the bill and it never will. The records will be only shown after the 50 minutes are fully utilised.

I asked the CS whether I can view the entire call records because I need the records to claim certain calls from my company. The CS who can barely speak English had a hard time to understand my question and finally said a NO.

There is no way we can see the call records within the 50 minutes free talk time. Maxis is way better than Celcom in billing transparency.

What do you guys think about this?

I also ported from Maxis. I have a deposit with Maxis. I need to call Maxis and ask for my deposit back. When I ask why I need to call in for deposit when Maxis already know I am leaving them.....refunding deposit should be automatically. Then the CS reply me, oooo...we will only proceed if customer request as it is different system. Wah lau eh....if customer forget then deposit bye bye loooo. Beware to all when you are leaving your existing Telco to a new Telco.

another method is to chat with their customer service via the online portal.
that way you can screenshot their answer to your question to be used against them next time.

I don't think it is the celcom 38 plan. Their prepaid also bad like this - Unfortunately I can't port the prepaid away as I still have the long validity. Does anybody know if they are working on a fix?

Phone device: MOTO X 2014
Issue Details: this 3 days consistent network down the bar signal is exclamation mark. can call can browse internet. restart phone then all resume normal. but later after idle for 10 mins it will network down again. Even in LRT its always like that. but just for these recently 3 days. last time don't have this issue.. Already complaint to celcom via ocs but no reply yet. Even change APN setting doesn't help. Pls pls pls help.

Anyone stuck with the ERR_CONNECTION_RESET that plagues almost every attempt to connect to a site?

Seriously annoying and I'm living in Subang Jaya! Usually signal shows 4G but often drops to 3G or H+.

If only Maxis had a package like Basic 38.

I guys, I am also using Celcom Basic 38, I do get robotic/transformer like sound in my working place @OneCity, USJ. Before tha I am using Celcom PRIME which have no issues at all (line). I am encounter this robotic/transformer sound it happen mostly each call i pickup. After put down, a while I get missed call SMS (if the person recall back my number after can't reach me, perhaps). I was inside the building. Not sure if this is the issues. Other places I think is fine. I from puchong as well.

Please share your experience if anyone have this robotic/transformer sound issue and any solutions. Thanks.

Added:
Does the Basic 38 have some limitations that we(customer) do not know? Maybe, Basic 38 plan was a new system they row out for some short like "testing" purpose, then next year they will comes out another new plans? We pay that much we get that much?

Should be experiencing the same thing as you, mine cannot remain connected to 4G LTE for long most of the time.

Android? This is when your phone is unable to ping Google's server for a connection test, however are you able to browse the Internet etc?
