I ported from Maxis in July and today I checked the August bill for the first time.
I found that the call usage is about RM11 extra so I gave a call to Celcom CS to ask for more details since they are within the 50 minutes free talk time.
I was speechless when they explained that the usage and call records within 50 minutes free talk time were not shown in the bill and it never will. The records will be only shown after the 50 minutes are fully utilised.
I asked the CS whether I can view the entire call records because I need the records to claim certain calls from my company. The CS who can barely speak English had a hard time to understand my question and finally said a NO.
There is no way we can see the call records within the 50 minutes free talk time. Maxis is way better than Celcom in billing transparency.
What do you guys think about this?
