To be honest I really regretted switching from DIgi to this Firstbasic38 plan.
Initially was quite okay probably due to I am the early bird to register for it. After a month or two I was constantly having drop calls and slow internet at times. Besides, my office is just nearby Public Bank HQ. The signal is always 1 bar or no bar at all. It feels like completely useless for me now. Till the extend that my client actually say please change your stupid line.
What to do sometimes cheap thing doesn't aligned with good services.

Awaiting celcom to offer unlimited calls to all network soon. Umobile started with P70. Digi follows with 68. Celcom? No need hope on Maxis. Super expensive telco. Hahaha.

Yesterday was in Sg Buloh, and seem like internet was not responsive. Usually it is not like that.
Seem like many are getting frustrated with Celcom but I think I will keep this plan for quite a long time. If nobody use also then plug into tablet or give to foreign workers to enjoy fast internet (bloody office location = no fibre lines = stuck with StreamyX 1Mbps).

Today in my home area,4G only get 10Mbps while 3G get 0.8Mbps with more than 2500ms ping...

But it might happen again when you move from point A to point B... already make a complain to celcom since 2 months ago, but cant see any improvement.

guys, just want to check with you all. when your phone network turns into 3G, nothing can be loaded, is like disconnected. and i notice that whenever my phone turns into 3G, my network will become UMTS, nothing else can be loaded. but when comes to H+ (HSPA+) and LTE everything works flawlessly. anyone having the same issue??

Same, applies to both 3G and EDGE. Can't do anything other than very light things like Whatsap. Phone only usable when the thing changes to H+ (even H is slow) and LTE. Phone is Samsung Mega 6.3, Celcom company plans.

Ported to Celcom always 6 months already, always find the network not stable. The most irritating issue is connected to 4G but sometime no data, unable to surf. I have to refresh the connectivity by on and off airplane mode then it work.
anyone else facing this issue?

Hi guys & gals,
Greetings!
Yes, Celcom's data network is not very compatible with many handsets. Tried on my HTC One M8 and Note 4 with similar issues. 3G but no data throughput.
Whatsapp couldn't get thru! No doubt they have the better traditional phone line coverage but certainly not a good coverage for the data network.
Cheers!
