Complained to Celcom OCS then waited for 2 weeks found out the report is in Resolved status. Nobody even called me about that because the line still suck!
After chatted with help desk... He told me they have checked & aware about this issue. The current coverage is limited... Will be improved in next year 2016 plan. What? Mean I have to switched back to UMobile then...
