after i get this reply from them i switch to celcom as well.
but after few months they upgrade my location with band7 4g from DC-HSPA+ =.= WTH....

anyway still satisfied with celcom biggrin.gif

i complainted few times already, even Digi already got 3g coverage already. Maxis still 2G vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif . Lucky change to Celcom icon_rolleyes.gif

after complain few times thru online chat & call , nw the line finally stable,hahahaha (we shall either it ok or not in future), however, now first 38 plan they switch to 48 and just with 2gb,LOL!!!!!

im still stick with my digi, no dare to try celcom basic 38....

Can please teach how to get Celcom to fix the line problem? My house inside the line not so good, then always use awhile then no line, wait 5 seconds got line again. keeps repeating

Call them and talk to them.
Ask them a commit date to follow up with you. If they don't call back, you call them.
Just don't give up for 2 weeks, at least.
Don't get mad, they are human trying to work.

I've fixed the coverage for Maxis and Celcom at my area.
I know some friend who fixed their Streamyx line. Yes, imagine Streamyx issue getting fixed. That took him a month.

For those who are having Celcom network issue in Klang Valley (only KV), please post with the exact location and if possible GPS coordinate from Google Maps.

Issues like drop calls, slow Internet speed and etc.

I'll try to feedback back to someone who has authority and will get our engineers to look into it. smile.gif I'm not working for Celcom by the way. I don't promise it will be solved but at least will be escalated.

So far I'm having satisfactory speed from Celcom, so appreciate your feedback to improve further.

Hi fruitie, I'm Lee, having issue in:

1) Taman Sri Bintang, Kepong - 3.187333, 101.645903
Two month ago, indoor 4G reception is good, 2G/3G mostly no signal, but since one month ago, 2G/3G/4G reception was bad, almost unable to connect.

2) Taman Amansiara, Selayang - 3.271878, 101.647423
3G shown connected with fullbar, but unable to make/receive call/data.

Called customer service before to do some troubleshooting but still doesn't help... Been tried with sim from another telco, both locations reception are fine.

Kenanga Apartment, Jalan Wawasan 2/3, Taman Wawasan, Puchong

Indoor cannot get 4G reception, mostly 3G or HSDPA, sometimes(not much) will drop to EDGE.
Biggest problem is always drop line, example I'm browsing internet on phone, suddenly disconnect from network(including normal line), need to wait 5-10 seconds then reconnect line and internet. Happens often which is dam annoying!
