QUOTE(McFD2R @ Jun 16 2015, 11:17 AM) Just got myself a new First Basic 38 plan over the weekend. Only had issue within the first hour of activation. Since then, been problem free. Just did a side by side test with my Maxis on S6 and Celcom on iP6. My celcom speedtest was about 1mb faster than Maxis for DL but was much slower when it comes to UL. Area in Taman Puchong Utama, both registering 4G network. you should use the MNP option and keep your current number. But considering I am paying I think RM70 for 2GB with no free minutes on Maxis, this RM38 plan is a great deal. Once I'm done informing everyone, will terminate Maxis if there are no issues with Celcom after a month or so. |

QUOTE(szewei84 @ Jul 1 2015, 12:07 PM) Maxis. But they are offering limited Data, UNLIMITED SMS and CALLS.. maxis please offer the best one to knock away all competitors. Who on earth needs unlimited SMS and CALLS these days? Just so difficult for me to justify to support them. 5GB internet, 50 mins call, 50 sms for RM38 monthly. |

QUOTE(winc87 @ Aug 28 2015, 05:19 PM) I ported from Maxis in July and today I checked the August bill for the first time. another method is to chat with their customer service via the online portal. I found that the call usage is about RM11 extra so I gave a call to Celcom CS to ask for more details since they are within the 50 minutes free talk time. I was speechless when they explained that the usage and call records within 50 minutes free talk time were not shown in the bill and it never will. The records will be only shown after the 50 minutes are fully utilised. I asked the CS whether I can view the entire call records because I need the records to claim certain calls from my company. The CS who can barely speak English had a hard time to understand my question and finally said a NO. There is no way we can see the call records within the 50 minutes free talk time. Maxis is way better than Celcomal.l in billing transparency. What do you guys think about this? that way you can screenshot their answer to your question to be used against them next time. |

Awaiting celcom to offer unlimited calls to all network soon.
Umobile started with P70. Digi follows with 68. Celcom? No need hope on Maxis. Super expensive telco. Hahaha. |
