called but no use. they kept saying out of plastic, need to rekey new pin as per bnm, don't call us we call you, etc.

i think they approved too many applicants, above what they can sustain, and now try to delay the issuance of new wise cards to some.

actually, if already APPROVED but waiting for the card, then it's ok lah. just need to wait a bit longer than usual.

some ppl cant even get approval.

please let us know once you have received the card.

seems that HLB already got stock for wise gold card and start deliver the cards..
those who applied lately all got the card already, but seems those apply early of august still waiting for card...zzz...why their card delivery system so lousy?

yeah, waiting from july to october. maybe the lucky ones will receive their cards just in time for annual fee.

Sure, I asked her if it is true that the card delivery is delayed.
She said it was true earlier but cards already restocked last week and there is no issue for me oh.

9 Sept approved
11 Sept got the card from branch

we are bad luck...stupid HLB card delivery system is FILO...haiz..
i think for those waiting applicant(due to no stock earlier), they are planning for 1 shot send out all together near 21st sept..
then for recent applicant, they just follow back the normal process which send out immediately after card approved.

make sense... because on August batch received SMS notification for 21Sep already.

21 might be too optimistic. last week branch told me end of september. now one forumer is saying october.

I have just received my HLB wise card statement but the best part is that i'm still waiting for my physical cc to reach me which i applied on end of July 2015...

statement is generated based on account, not the physical card le. no harm la, cuz no outstanding, etc.

since the statement already out, then you can decide whether to change the bill date

Paid my Unifi and Astro bills at Sam Nu and was recommended to sign up for their membership card.
For the membership card you need to pay RM12 but you'll get RM10 voucher. Each RM spent gets 1 point. 1000 points can redeem RM10 (was told, cannot verify now, so technically 1%). Best part is bill payment is entitled for point collection as well.

Yes, 1000 points can redeem RM 10 vouchers and points can be checked from online. I already collected 995 points now, will hit 1k soon to redeem my first RM 10 voucher.

Are Sam prices cheaper than Tesco? Also are they like Jaya? Good for those working or staying in KL.

Not exactly cheap. The standard is like Cold Storage.
I always buy Haagen-Dazs, Ben & Jerry's ice cream and some imported potato chips from there.

definitely not cheaper. Sam's and Jaya Grocer are targeting up-market customers.

poor ppl like us usually go giant/tesco/econsave/kkmart/99speedmart/etc.


of course, we're going to Sam's for 3 purposes: RM10 voucher for RM100 spending using CIMB cards, tng reload, and unifi/astro bill payments.
