I have just received my HLB wise card statement but the best part is that i'm still waiting for my physical cc to reach me which i applied on end of July 2015...

hi, finally i have collected my wise card gold at HLB bank just now and the Customer Service personnel mention to me if wanna apply for wise card's sup card better to be hurry as they will cease wise card gold application by end of Sept 2015...

and yeah my cc statement is on the 6 sept 2015, what ideal date should i change my credit card statement date to, please advise...

actually you can call or sms to activate your cc first and the purpose for the temp pin, u will need to change a new set of pin at atm before u can withdraw the money..
the CS told me, if there is not need to do any money withdrawal from the cc, is better dun activate the pin to prevent any fraud case.

i just checked my wise card CC and just started to use this card on last Thursday itself and on friday, i have been charged for annual fee RM 160 + GST RM9.6... can i call to waive this both?
i taught only after first year finish using the card only bank will charge us AF... no?

can elaborate further on 99 speed mart accept paying utilities bill and by using wise card as grocery category too?
