I just went hlb to collect my card.. Is quite disappointing... I apply for wise + gsc... I just manage to collect gsc.. The officer told me wise gold is temp out of stock.. When it send again will call me to collect....

I received the approval sms on 4th of Aug. Today I checked with the branch I applied,  on my cc delivery and they said it will be delivered on 21 Sep.

Their reason was because all new cc will be given a PIN for all transactions. All banks are doing this as required by BNM. Even then, why should it take so long...

Just received an SMS from HLB on WISE card application saying,

" Due to overwhelming response, please be informed that your WISE Gold card will be sent out to you by 21SEP05. Apology for the inconvenience caused."

With MBBCard2 eliminating the 5% cashback, many are resorting to WISE card. Ha!

agent asked me to sign 2nd card for this campaign, after I found out the deadline I contacted them to cancel the 2nd card (not wise)... I managed to swipe 2k during the final week of sep, it might be posted on time and gift might also long run out~

The PIN requirement seems to have been delayed, it should start much earlier.

Anyway, I didn't hear from other banks yet.

In addition, I don't even apply for Wise.

Not sure what card can fill the gap left by Wise  but let's hope it will not happen lar

Surprisingly this morning received sms stated pls collect your card at branch.. 5 days ago received sms card only will be issue on 21sept but now suddenly sms again asked me to collect card...

forget to attach the letter

I received sms last month and received letter yesterday

The officer said it was automatically sent out

Today check mail box also received this type of letter, asked me go collect at branch, letter dated 28th August.
But when I called branch, tak da lagi..
Haiz..shit LA this hlb. My chronological as below:-
8th August - Received approval sms
14th August- Went to check at branch, tak da lagi
15th August - received sms stated due to overwhelming response, card will deliver on 21st Sept
22th August - received sms stated your card is ready to collect at branch
25th August - called branch , they said tak da lagi
3rd sept- received letter date 28th stated card ready to collect at branch
4th Sept - called branch again, tak da lagi..

So fedup about this hl bank LA..simply give false hope..wtf

I apply for wise visa gold also @ main branch jalan perak. 2 or 3 days ad approved. 1 week ask me collect card at main branch..

4 August 15, Sms receive again ask me to activate my card... Call hlb CS to check my card status and ask me to wait within a week time
17 August 15, call CS again again no hlb cc receive, again ask me to wait for a week   
25 August 15, call CS again, lost count how many time I have called them... This CS told me to cancel the card that sent to my office as suspect is missing to dunno where and also card to activate within a month already lapse, so they will issue to a new card to collect at hlb branch...
2 sept 15, receive Sms stating card is ready for collection at branch... Luckily call to CS to ask for branch number to double confirm if my cc is there or no... Truly enough, my cc is not yet reach there, cis  call CS again and question them what is all this... They said is standard Sms that will blast to customer whenever the card is issue out and the Sms blasting is defaulted by system, I was like wt fish 

Moral of the story,  never give up and lose hope although it is just so hard for me to get this gold wise card... And we'll, up to today I am still waiting for hlb bank to call me

Just received a SMS my hlb wise card application was rejected so I need to wait another 6 months to reapply!

Any other credit card that give 5% or more on dining everyday?

Yeah.. My total CL is also very high (x4 of my total annual basic salary), every time I apply for a new CC I'm afraid it will be rejected.
I believe I'm already at the edge of kena rejected.

If you have their card before, may be easy to be approved again?
