Hmm....without aircon is around 450 to 550SGD.
Currently i also looking for new room coz my landlord is selling their house. 

well,i'm currently working in a construction company in s'pore. due to now s'pore construction boom,there're tonnes of jobs n vacancies. s'pore is a good place for living, as it is a safe country with well-controlled in almost everything by the government. it's a good place for study as the education standard is high here, yet for work...stress.i may have said, ppl here are too demanding, working life here is stressful (depends on ur scope of work of coz)...actually it depends on how u handle ur working life too...so...good luck n all the best..

I previously found one without aircon for 450.

Actually i dun mind staying wif owner coz some of them have maid. So it's no more my job to clean the toilet 
and they help bring in your laundry when it's raining while you're not around.

staying with owner is good as you don't have to bother to clean the whole house. just need to tidy up your room. apart from that, you'll have a fully furnished house. so most likely you'll have aircond, complete kitchen and home entertainment

yeah sounds good huh? however jus take note tat there r owners who forbid u to use thier complete kitchen except mayb sum instant noodle  and home entertainment syste. come back from work straight u go ur room come out for bath only tats all.

apart from tat, u cannot bring frens over, cannt let frens sleep at ur place no matter its ur relative mum or dad or bro/sis well its up to u to decide if u wanna lose all tat

some house owners can be quite b****y bout utiliy usage and so on pray tat u dun meet these type of kiasu ppl

but most of the times you can tell how good is the owner when viewing his house right?
