Hi, any particular reason for avoiding Sim Lim? Bad pricing? Poor service? Counterfeit goods?

Not any more, perhaps, if you have inside information and know people around, you may still be able to get fake products, but off the shelf.. not anymore... They have gotten rid of these stuff..... ever since the last onslaught of wiping out fake products tens of years ago

I am on a plan actually, just dropped the phone before the plan expires...

Oh, i have posted this before, but if anybody is looking for a job, u can send ur resume to this guy. michaelyong@ebetterhelp.com

He is from an employment agency. Recently, i find his service a little TOO SLOW. My work permit has been approved last month and until now, bcoz of his delays, i still haven't collected it yet...

I've signed up for Singtel line.. then I just realised that there r this CORPORATE PLAN which allows u to pay at lower fees under the same plan. It depends on which company that u work for and the fees varies accordingly.I chose the economic plan at $25+ with 100min talk time and 500 sms.. then under this corporate plan i only have to pay for $15/mth with same talk time n total of sms.

So i think it's always good to ask abt the telco company if ur company has offer this CORPORATE plan. Save whole lots of money man!

How u all spend ur weekend in Singapore?

I realised that the Community Centre of each area has their own programmes for the community. Eg: Abseiling, swimming, bowling, slow walking, cycling programmes etc.. depends on what they offer la. Then the fees r kinda reasonable. Go & try out la.. dun just stay at home sleep & online oni!

p/s: There is a dog show/championship in Leisure Park (Kallang) today from 11-8pm.. so cool to see cute doggies.. im going later!!

Why not just use the IDD card to make phone call back to msia instead? It's less than $0.10/min.. of coz u'll hv to pay for local call charges as well. Ok wat.. biggrin.gif

I personally like Singapore... very safe surrounding and efficient government, but I don't like walking e.g. to train stations, because I have been used to driving in my country...

Why not get broadband and just chat over the internet?

QUOTE(J(o)y @ Mar 18 2008, 07:38 PM)
Serious, Malaysian more hardworking than Singaporean?? I thot is the other way round. in fact, ithot is double double other way round.

Singaporean is known to be very competitive (kiasu).  The students there started young to have high stresses, while malaysian student still at lepak culture.

Singaporeans are becoming more "Knowledge Based", hence, they aren't exactly getting lazier, but they are choosing jobs which do not require them to do much "work".
