You can also fill the autobilling form at the OCS portal with your AMEX number. Although it shows Visa and MC logo only, it accepts AMEX. I filled mine and it works.

Oh. In that case, if I want to pay on weekends only, is it possible to pay manually over OCS portal or any online channels? Or must go to service center/dealers to pay?

Every user will automatically get registered for OCS portal right?

Went to Blue Cube yesterday to sign up for First38. So far still haven't gotten any SMS from Tunetalk or Celcom.

I didn't have to pay anything yesterday but the lady told me that I would be charge advance payment, stamp fee & pro-rated commitment fee on my first bill.

Now I don't quite understand what is the advance payment for. I know some users have mentioned that the advance payment paid during sign up will be used to pay for the first bill. And some users having to pay RM40.30 only on first bill.

Since I didn't pay any advance payment, shouldn't my first bill be only pro-rated (commitment for 15 May 2015 to billing date) & stamp fee? Why the extra RM38 advance payment? Is it like a deposit or did they told me the wrong info? rclxub.gif

Current port-in progress

14/5 6PM: Filled and handed in form at Blue Cube
15/5 5PM: Received email from Celcom stating order received

Still waiting for SMS...not even one. And I am already almost out of credit and left with no data for my Tunetalk account because I didnt expect it to take this long for porting over.

I have international roaming service added. But this has ntg to do with roaming as I'm sending sms from Malaysia, and I can call international number, just cannot send SMS.

I have another celcom number which is more than 10 years with celcom just recently switch to basic 38 plan recently also the same problem.
*
Update: Just contacted CS live chat. The person taught me how to enter international number and how to send sms shocking.gif I understand that they have to cover all angles before issuing report lah. However, she also told me to try to enter 131 before the mobile number to send international sms. eg. SMS to australia would be "131(61)4-12345678" rclxub.gif Wonder where did this come from? I did give it a try but also cannot.
Finally after much convincing from me that it should not be a number issue, she submitted a report for me.

Mine also cant seem to send international sms. Will report to CS live chat.
