U was ok when they started because i heard they were using Maxis network

then they got their own network, lines are very poor. Fully crowded place, eg malls and stadium coverage really got my nerves..couldnt make or receive calls, let alone surfing internet...boo

I was on their prepaid plan for 2 years (bcoz they offer the cheapest internet at 28/month and i was a student who had a very tight budget). The coverage is quite ok in most of places but once you go to a very crowded place, you couldnt make a call and sms. Eg in my experience, at Setia City Mall, Shah Alam stadium, my uni campus. Once, i spent almost an hour searching for my family SCM because i couldnt reach them by any means

Celcom OCS stated that my data usage is 3.76GB already. But i have never encountered any significant lag on the internet speed. Hmmmm
