My wifi has already expired. When i want to renew the subscription, it says that i will be charged rm18. Does anybody know why?

why u want to renew it since the the place that can use celcom wifi is so limited?

i subscribed at 23 may, line activated at 24 may.
data left 1.3gb as of yesterday
but juz now 12:15 am i received a message stated that my unused data will be carry forward, i was like wtf? not even a month yet. then i check, suddenly data become 4.3GB, and voice/sms has been renewed too.

anyone know how their data renew cycle works? then when will i receive my billing? how will they count the payment? i try to live chat with ocs but no avail.

First month is around 20 days prorated, after that it will be back to normal monthly.

everyone have different billing date. so once reach yr billing date any unused data will be carried forward. check with online CS to find out yr billing date. within 1-2 weeks u will receive bill thru the method u selected during registering.

payment for the first month normally will be prorated from the day u activated until the billing date plus the stamp duty.after that u have one month time to settle yr payment before yr line being barred

for me, every 3rd of every month my bill will cycle.. i think yours too..

i'm new to this postpaid plans stuff. been using prepaid for years already. anybody can explain what does prorated means? and also maybe other things that i need to know about postpaid plan?

I just port to Celcom today around 12pm.When only I can register for the Celcom online Customer service ya?When I want to register, accounts does not exist appear.

Hey prorated means the bills will be equally spread out to ur bills. Partial charges and prorated usage may occur since all recurring charges that had been billed one month in advance now need to be adjusted. Like me I just changed to the First basic 38 plan before my renewal cycle, surprising it doesnt charge me that much thou.. i still like pay about 30-40 plus only..
