How do we check blacklisted by who?

Iphone 6 plus and Samsung A7 - has no issues on reception. Signal strength is ok. But data speed is just not good compared to maxis. Please look at another thread other people are complaining also. Maybe my area maxis is better than Celcom. Or it's just too congested.

what i understand with congested tower is hard to connect, always dc after a few minute or idle too long, drop call. but this time just slow internet, no dc can connected for days downloading at slow speed. line idle also not dc. no call drop. internet speed a little fast at early morning.
so what is the problem ? tower bandwidth problem ?

wahhh so fast?? Didnt realise that thou.. I stream at 720 also wait like 5 6 secs starting part for it to start up the video playing. but after that no stopping dy.. not bad for outside hotspot la.. I load instagrams fb post all also no prob, u knw la some pics in fb so big one HD resolution kind also not a prob haha.

but i can only enjoy this on weekend,cause my work area no celcom hotspot.

but its alright la since data quota also so much. 3GB lehh, dont use later carry forward max also 3GB only. so better use some lor hahahaha.. weekday working time wont use phone so much one la, not scare later boss scold mehh haha

I have a question on Celcom first month billing.
the bill show :
1) RM38 advance payment
2) RM17 prorated
3) RM10 stamp
4) RM3.3 service charge

My line was started on 17 MAY, total charges are RM67, after deduct RM40.30 still have to pay RM27..
this RM27 are include MAY + JUNE?

Celcom network seems unstable, unlike Maxis, I can immediately receive whatsapp msg once turn on data, for Celcom, I have to wait at least few seconds, maybe I have too high expectation, hope Celcom will fix this. Have been using Digi, Maxis and Celcom, I have to say Maxis is still the best.

I'm already a Celcom postpaid user, migrate to this plan at Celcom TTDI at 10.45am. Was told to wait 2 hours for activation. The whole process took me about 15 minutes only & activation in just 1 hour.

- Before I even walked out the Celcom centre, I have no more data signal.
- 11:00am received a sms after payment - thank you for RM40.30 payment
- 12:01pm - received 2 sms (privacy notice & welcome to FIRST)
- 12:01pm still no data signal. So, i restart my phone and H+ greets me on the screen. Test loading some webpage and the speed is quite good even on H+
- 12:10pm - send and sms (Bal Status) to 28882. Yeah, 3G data!!! (upgraded from my previous 300mb data)
- Then i send ON WIFI to 22188 [ RM0. Welcome to Celcom WiFi. To subscribe, send WIFI DAILY/ WIFI WEEKLY/ WIFI MONTHLY to 22188. For more info, call 1111. T&C.]
Can somebody tell me what does this sms mean? Looks like the subscription is chargeable? Isn't the 3G Wifi free?

Just received an sms - Celcom send UserID & Psswd to me. Vol is 3000.00MB and expires on 09/07/15.

Sent WIFI STATUS to 22188: confirm the allocated volume is 3.00GB and expire on 09/07/15 10:00am.
