First Bil should come 2 weeks after I think. Well that was what the guy said to me. But I registered on the 30th. So I thought it was actually at least 2 weeks in the next month. Just my 2 cents though

celcom center staff said bill normally sent after one week from billing date and u will have another month to pay

no wonder their website still written about the promotional packages

i register my celcom on last month 22-05-2015 . i think my bill is coming very soon hehehehe . . but i think should be no problem , at the time i register basic 38 , i choose auto billing option ..

anyway , i receive 3G singal in kajang area too bad my phone no LTE .. considering to upgrade my phone when i got extra $$

Celcom network is totally fine for me..... I didnot have a trouble with CELCOM line...
actually if the line on your area got no connection just facebook book Celcom and write to them, they will fix their port to make your line there to be more activate...
well.. good to realize this 38 Celcom package is not tie up by contraction.....beside WIFI and some free talk and sms... what else they are giving also ar?
my uncle told me, he went to Celcom sign up this package... it seen like also many people is asking about it too ....

well.. have you complaint it to Celcom? If you didnot got into right channel to inform them how could these Celcom fixed the port for you. Try to ask in facebook first....

but now the Celcom RM38 plan tat giving 3GB.... is really super crazy... you don't take it .. u will sure regret!!!!1

Actually 3G is already very good for me. I think I still not required LTE lol..
so far.. my celcom line is stable in Kajang area too.. never encounter any failure.. just always my data not enuff....
RM38 package it seen like good to me... can help me reduce my phone bill and also save money to buy new phone....
I am planning to get a LTE phone.... but now economy crisess..

bill came after i ported 2 may ..3 principal lines rm75 only.compare to other main lines at maxshit each month rm3xx..slowly will port in as long as this promo valid.really value for money ..

lol pity that consumerism is kinda of low in malaysia.

so should i respond no now? i'm worried because i think it's a scam where it's actually not activated and will only activate even when i say no to them.

after using it for a week and so, the line still ok la. sometime line not stable but maybe due to high amount user coming in. anyone can confirm that the promo is indeed end already??

i do notice one thing that even in h+, celcom seem like more data consuming than my previous digi. under same usage i already left half the data.

so far my complain is:

1. line not stable
2. cant see detail amount of data (like digi will show 3000 mb instead of 3gb left)

2. sms "bal status" to 28882

So had a chat with OCS just now about my internet problem, and it seems like the problem is with me not setting up device settings. I tried when i first inserted my sim card, but it gives me an error and my device is not supported, etc. which is weird considering i'm using htc one m8. so the agent recommended me to call 1111. zzzz. anybody have a quick fix or an alternative fix? i'd like to avoid calling them

that's what i think. the agent could have just give me the details while on chat. anybody can show their apn settings? i wanna try and change just in case. especially for M8 users(as if that makes any difference lol)

Try follow this settings for ur Apn...Name:celcom 3G,APN:celcom3g mcc:502,mnc:19 authentication type:CHAP,APN type:default,APN Agreement IPV4,APN enable,Hosting system:unspecified,others just blank it..

Seems to work. thanks. will try for a few days. if it doesn't, need to find a new settings then

also, using the speedtest is really draining a lot of my data lol
