I don't understand, I paid RM 40.30 upon registration on 2/6/2015. Please someone help me to understand how they calculate? |

I m using both Maxis and Celcom actually.
At throttle speed, Maxis is still able to stream spotify at 96kbps but Celcom is unable to do that. I think is due to Maxis throttle speed is 128kbps while Celcom is 64kbps. |
