i asked bluecube staff about this. they said can.
how fast the process, it depends on their system.
from other telco to celcom, it takes 1-3 working days.

My wifi has already expired. When i want to renew the subscription, it says that i will be charged rm18. Does anybody know why?

There is a reason i ask. I use celcom wifi almost everyday.
If not, i will not bother ask here.
Anyone know why i couldnt renew the wifi for free?
