Ask 1111 they say need check with the blue cube branch which I filed my application to change from old celcom postpaid plan to this new 1. Ask blue cube, point finger at the system. They also don't know what's preventing the change. Had to raised my voice and bug 1111 and celcom care chat few times, also kept saying they are doing their best..... will escalate to their IT Operation team etc etc... kept on being told give them time everytime i called...fed up waited for two weeks with no solution in sight then I went and file a report to Communication and Multimedia Consumer Forum. Finally today they changed my plan.

Anyone here port from Maxis to this Celcom plan?
Have a question to ask..
Do you guys receive a message from Maxis about to confirm leaving
by reply Y or N?
Is it normal that i don't receive any reply after i reply them Y?
*
i only got:

"we acknowledge your request to move. Thank you for being with Maxis and we hope t oserve you again in the future. For further queries, please call 1800xxxxx"

then

"Contratulations! your celcom service has been activated. Please insert your celcom SIM card now to start enjoying the Fastest network, widest coverage and best rate"

then, change sim card, bye maxis.

I have a friend that I convinced to switch to this plan. He got the "please confirm that you want to leave" sms. He simply waited few hours to reply, for the heck of it. Ended up he received an SMS saying application rejected and when he called maxis, maxis say he replied too late for system to register (even though he replied before the dateline that Maxis requested).

Moral of story: reply that SMS as soon as possible!

Hi there, I have successfully ported from Yellow to Blue today within 18 hours without charges.

However I only enable 3G setting in my phone as I only use it for social apps. But I do notice even the connection is better than Mr. Yellow, it takes some time for the connection to be connected :S...

Just like what yay121 mentioned. sad.gif
I'm in East, Bintulu.

Bintulu here too. Mr Yellow is the poorest here, no competition against Mr Blue. Which has LTE here
