Just change my first one 68 to first basic 38 on last Sunday at blue cube @ The Gardens.

This is to answer some questions.
1. celcom 68 postpaid to this 38, no problem. I did it.

2. How long to process register/mnp?
mine was 68 postpaid, from i take the q number, until paid the 1 month upfront, it take 20-30mins. Then 10 min later i received sms saying that the plan has been changed successfully.

* few months ago i did MNP from U mobile prepaid to postpaid 68, @Mid Valley, the whole process also take 30 mins.

3. How much you need to pay?
RM40.30 after GST (RM38+6%=RM40.28)

My statement date is 24 every month, so last Sunday was 26/4, so the RM40.30 now direct pay to the account, they don't ask me to settle RM68 together with this upfront. So it is mean it is RM40.30 is not " LOCK" to the account like deposit.

4. LTE speed
I will find some place near my area to show you all. For now my speedtest is around 3-5Mbps. Before this? Not sure, maybe faster.
So far satisfied with it because celcom still wider coverage if I travel outstation if compare to other telco.
But i believe every telco got their disadvantage.

5. 1+5 sup line
beware of the 500MB data, after finish quota is PAYU. mad.gif

6. Max up
5GB @ RM50 still the cheapest add on quota so far.

If you ask me, want faster speed or more quota, my answer is both.
But if you ask me, pay RM68/3GB@20Mbps LTE speed, or RM38/3GB@5Mbps LTE speed?
I choose RM38.

if you all really want to confirm capped or not, ask if you friend that are using other celcom postpaid, or prepaid to do speedtest. Then find another friend that are using 38 now to do the speedtest at same place.

Also how is the speed for the max up now? I never do speedtest last 2 month when I bought the extra 5GB when I was in first one 68.

No need to argue 2GB or 3GB, you can jump to other telco or prepaid if you feel the plan not worth.

Succesfully ported over from Maxis which submitted yesterday. Unfortunately didn't get LTE coverage in Bandar Utama / Aman Suria regardless of outdoor or indoor.  sad.gif

You need to download the LTE setting.
android phone~setting , more, internet setting.
I can get LTE at Subang/USJ.
I believe most of Klang Valley can get LTE.

For those who get the new sim, I advise you all download internet setting.

Ugh... Celcom's reception in KL is disappointing... guess I fell for the whole "Celcom  has the best reception" thing that so many people were saying. I'm in my office in Jalan Ampang, and all I can get is one bar on E at best, sometime no reception at all.

It's not even as good as U mobile, which can get at least full bar on E. Here I thought I might even get 3G if I switched to Celcom, joke's on me shakehead.gif

Sigh, even though the package is good, I might have to port back to U mobile. They don't have 4G around my office, but at least there's reception.

have you download the internet setting?

Yes, I have. No difference though.

Funny thing is that I can even see the Celcom building from my office window, haii...

Is there any way to complain about the shitty reception I'm getting? Otherwise have to go back to U mobile for better reception (still can't believe I'm saying that, lol).

Note: to be fair, at ground floor of my office I can get full 4G reception. I lose that once I go up to 16th floor.
*
yup, if you feel you stay at office and use the 4G all day long, change back to U Mobile.
But if you travel a lot and want to get widest 4G, celcom wins. I'm UM user before as well.

* not sure why you want 4G when you are in office...? No wifi? Or office blocked all internet...? smile.gif But I believe every telco got blind spot...
