not necessary. at least 7 days for them to look through the issue before you can complain again.

Went to Celcom Centre Taman Tun Dr Ismail today wanted to do the following:

1.) Change billing date to synchronize my 2 numbers that just ported in last month
2.) Terminate my existing prepaid number ( use 5 yrs back and expiry ady 4 years back)

This is the outcome!

1.) The CS in front of the welcoming door told me you could not change the billing date. It's fixed by Celcom. I called customer service and they say can change but need to go Celcom Centre. I was like WHAT!!!!!! OK fine!

2.) The CS in front of the welcoming door told me that I cannot terminate my prepaid number as it will expire by itself. I told her that my number is already not in use for 4 yrs but I am still able to see my account since she say by 60 days the number if still not active, will be terminated! OH NO! Earlier why ady 4 yrs still active the number? rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

Overall, Celcom Customer Service is the worst among all telcos at the moment. To be frank, Maxis CS is much better than Celcom in this way. Sorry Digi, UMobile belum try lagi!

Anyway, the 2 problems does not bother me too much but still if these cannot be done, the Customer Service (Phone) must inform to its customers rather than wasting time walking in to Celcom Centre and can't do anything! I got network issues too since first day of subscription sweat.gif sweat.gif 3G/LTE also same. Speed test on LTE is like 3~4Mbps no matter at which area I try. And to load google, I have to refresh 5~7 times to successfully load. Anyone have similar issues? And my speed never went beyond 8Mbps in LTE full bar sweat.gif

agreed. i faced a problem of creating my ocs account cos tied up with my old number still.
but everytime i call them up, is the same answer given. report had been filed, normally will take 24 hours up to a maximum of 3 days. hello!!! is 3 weeks and the same answer is given. then blame the IT department.

i email them too hopefully someone higher up will resolve this issue.

Mine with 3G totally no internet connection,need change to 4g only can use..sometimes 4g also cannot use..
But if got connection my speed is up to 5-10mbps like that..

No ah! I dun feel it! I feel that if you're idle, it will put you on 3G network and only change to H+ if you use it only.
