Went to Celcom Centre Taman Tun Dr Ismail today wanted to do the following:
1.) Change billing date to synchronize my 2 numbers that just ported in last month
2.) Terminate my existing prepaid number ( use 5 yrs back and expiry ady 4 years back)
This is the outcome!
1.) The CS in front of the welcoming door told me you could not change the billing date. It's fixed by Celcom. I called customer service and they say can change but need to go Celcom Centre. I was like WHAT!!!!!! OK fine!
2.) The CS in front of the welcoming door told me that I cannot terminate my prepaid number as it will expire by itself. I told her that my number is already not in use for 4 yrs but I am still able to see my account since she say by 60 days the number if still not active, will be terminated! OH NO! Earlier why ady 4 yrs still active the number?
Overall, Celcom Customer Service is the worst among all telcos at the moment. To be frank, Maxis CS is much better than Celcom in this way. Sorry Digi, UMobile belum try lagi!
Anyway, the 2 problems does not bother me too much but still if these cannot be done, the Customer Service (Phone) must inform to its customers rather than wasting time walking in to Celcom Centre and can't do anything! You know what I am saying!
