In between Block B and Block C,
How do you guys choose from?
*
I choose block C because the sky swimming pool in on top of tower C. The badminton n basketball court is also beneath tower C... Plus the best KLCC view is from Tower C as well, part of the KLCC view from tower b is blocked by tower c. My two cent... It's pretty much up to individual. My friend took Tower B because it is closer to entrance n the walkway to the farm thingy garden is also closer compares to C.

2 Carparks
6 Airconds (one in living room and 5 in each of the room for 1400sq.ft. Not 100% sure if the 1200sq.ft's study room has a/c but I think should be included)
For 1400sq.ft, wardrobes are included in 3 out of the 5 bedrooms (http://nidoz.com.my/wp-content/themes/nidoz-fullsite/downloads/Nidoz_FloorPlan_TypeB.pdf, it's in the master bedroom, bedroom 3 & 5)
Toilet comes with sink, toilet bowl, shower head. Can anyone confirm heater?
Kitchen cabinet
Fridge (should be single door)
Washer
Dryer
Kitchen hob
Oven? (not 100% sure)

Forgot to ask if got dish-washer.
*
It is not a physical heater, they use electric heater. Oven is included.
I know the letter that I sign is not official after the payment, but the "2 carpark" inclusive aren't stated elsewhere in the letter.

Quite good in analysing. Haha. Just Block B has pool view down there but Block C do not have.
Like you said, really is individual preferences.
The walkway and planter box really make many people headache how to choose.
So randomly and you got the floor and unit, not necessary is the walkway you wish for.
Haha

Why not citizen?

Location wise I think citizen is better, layout also citizen better both with similar pricing.

Nidoz abit too cramp inside the house, why need 4+1 room for 1219 sqft. not sure the +1 room the wall hackable or not.

I also went to citizen before went to nidoz, the master room in citizen is about the same size as bedroom 3 in nidoz and after discount is about the same price as nidoz. Nidoz is about 560 psf vs citizen 670 psf.

Location wise, I will not choose citizen due to the residence is build next to highway.

I have asked the exsim personnel, they mentioned that the wall is not hackable.

First I asked two staff said +1 room the wall not hackable. Then the third staff introduce Nidoz building architect to me. The architect mentioned that wall is hackable. The architecture floor plan show 2 type of wall, thin and tick type. The thin one is hackable, thick one is not..

Also the +1 room wall only has "I" shape wall, not the "L" shape with open door. That means it only has a plain straight wall beside the kitchen, no front door and front wall (It's widely open). the original architecture floor plan has been changed but the broucher no re-print.
I want the living hall looks bigger rather than fixing the wall, door, aircond & deco for the study room.

Im wondering the staff said cannot but the architect said can.. maybe developer want less hassle or the staff dont really know and just give us a simple answer... em.. really need to think twice before purchase.. so many hidden issue.

for 1219sf, I'd definitely hack the Bedroom 2 and Study room to make the Living & Dining hall more spacious (if hack-able)

3 rooms is sufficient for a small family, thou the master-bedroom seems bit small, but at-least larger than the 1403sf master-bedroom....

I thought about that too.. bring down room 2 the living hall sure looks nicer, but the room 2 comes with free wardrobe and aircond.. thats why i'm looking at the study room because nothing there and only a plain wall. save cost and job. Although the architect said can hack, but im doubt the developer would let us to do so..

The discount given for this Nidoz early preview (e.g 15%) will be taken on the downpayment? Meaning if I get 80% bank loan, I only need to pay 5% downpayment?
