Just like rainz launching, you don't need any ticket to enter the sales gallery la.
You can just walk in and visit the sales gallery, dont think they wil halau u out as they need business too. If they do, then say byebye to this leasehold high density many rooms layout project wil do. Those tickets just as a tool to meet u guys to secure business incase you really interested to get an unit there. =) You also may say and join PLTM group for this incase they so daring not to let you in. |

for 1219sf, I'd definitely hack the Bedroom 2 and Study room to make the Living & Dining hall more spacious (if hack-able)
3 rooms is sufficient for a small family, thou the master-bedroom seems bit small, but at-least larger than the 1403sf master-bedroom.... |
