I think the facade design is very modern fir a condo with rumahWIp. Hehe very much like Leafz or better.

Just like rainz launching, you don't need any ticket to enter the sales gallery la.

You can just walk in and visit the sales gallery, dont think they wil halau u out as they need business too. If they do, then say byebye to this leasehold high density many rooms layout project wil do.

Those tickets just as a tool to meet u guys to secure business incase you really interested to get an unit there. =)
You also may say and join PLTM group for this incase they so daring not to let you in. cool.gif

for 1219sf, I'd definitely hack the Bedroom 2 and Study room to make the Living & Dining hall more spacious (if hack-able)

3 rooms is sufficient for a small family, thou the master-bedroom seems bit small, but at-least larger than the 1403sf master-bedroom....

nways, after Nidoz, I re-visited again the Rainz sales gallery.
Oh NO, the facade design and the layout/spaciousness of Rainz are wayyyy better (ofcuz different catergories/price range).
You guys may pay a visit on rainz. stil have limited unit available.
