if i'm not wrong , this only 1 entrance for desa petaling , and you'll need make big U Turn if u come from sungai besi toll plaza

never been once to desa petaling , seems like there's only 1 entrance to this place , is it possible to rent out easily since there's no public transportation here ?

for me exism project are now more on own stay coz of the advance design & workmanship , than renting out since around RM2500-2800 rental are quite expensive in this area .

7+4+1+3% discount)
And on the stage 2(b) which is around 25% construction period,exsim will give u back 4% , and continous 1% and 3%.

Eventually means ur rm20k (around this figure) will stuck with exsim until 25% completion which could be around 1 year from now .

Block D , developer sub it out to agency group , so that it's consider fully sold.

while if u need block D , u can go thru certain agency .

pricing wise is 15% discount & cheaper than tower C .

there'll be alot development soon at this location due to HSR .

while the design , u just compare to the central residence which opposite this project , then you'll know the diffrent .

* passed by central residence yesterday , shake head for the design . luckily i didn't chip in for that project
