Placed 12k booking on Tower C KLCC view 32nd floor 1219sqf. SNP price 8XXk after discount all in 6XXk. Hopefully it's a good investment smile.gif

Ya understand there's risk but Im confident the market will improve in the next 4 yrs. Construction is 4 yrs n SNP price follow the price before discount. Judging by Exsim track record n the recline of ringgit now. I feel this could be a good opportunity smile.gif I'm optimistic.

Hey there... Congrats! which tower, 1400 or 1219? facing where ya? I booked mine too. Besides the 1300 units, the rest are quite superb interms of price, the design n freebies. What is ur ultimately reason to buy?

I choose block C because the sky swimming pool in on top of tower C. The badminton n basketball court is also beneath tower C... Plus the best KLCC view is from Tower C as well, part of the KLCC view from tower b is blocked by tower c. My two cent... It's pretty much up to individual. My friend took Tower B because it is closer to entrance n the walkway to the farm thingy garden is also closer compares to C.

Ya I swing over yest 5pm.... Looks like tower C KLCC view taken up quite fast. As for tower B punya rate I think both quite even.
