This is what I heard, Block A,B,C,D

Block A and B is linked on the highest floor sharing same facilities

Same goes to C and D. So It is 6xx units sharing the facilities. Only 1 entrance available for all blocks.

For D'nuri, it has a different entrance only have swimming pool and basic unit with no freebies eg wardrobe air con etc, and Dnuri will not able to access to Nidoz facilities. Whereas urban farming that side I am not too sure.

For facility wise, they say will be on par with Leafz, but with additional facilities. I went to see the Leafz, the facilities provided is pretty good, and exsim is really generous with their gym equipments. Btw, I am staying in Kinrara. Right now, the sub-sale price on my unit is almost same like nidoz psf. However, facility wise lose big time if compared to The leafz. Location wise I also think this place is better than Kinrara if you work in KL.

So I think it is quite a good buy. Just my 2c

I donno how much more i am paying, but my salesperson told me I am paying more than the people at the same floor due to the number i wanted.. anyway 15% rebate only for block D

they give smaller kitchen and living room to fit 5 rooms in the condo =.= but the concept not that bad.... good for rental and sub-let haha

Why not citizen?

Location wise I think citizen is better, layout also citizen better both with similar pricing.

Nidoz abit too cramp inside the house, why need 4+1 room for 1219 sqft. not sure the +1 room the wall hackable or not.

Heard ambank offering the best rate now 4.4 not sure about other banks. CIMB is 4.55
