hi all,i placed 12k booking fees for a unit..but i only received a non-official receipt and the official 1 will only receive the next day via email..is it the correct procedure?

Should be no problem. Due to overwhelming respond they might no time print an official receipt. |

2 car parks provided with 5 aircon and furnished kitchen. That's verbal from the standing sa. As for mot, I am not sure. Anyone can confirm on the package?
