The discount given for this Nidoz early preview (e.g 15%) will be taken on the downpayment? Meaning if I get 80% bank loan, I only need to pay 5% downpayment?

The existing Vantage Point build on higher land vs Nidoz. Does it mean Block C and Block D Desa Petaling view, the lower floors will be facing Vantage Point ground floor? Will be quite noisy it that's the case. I'm considering 9th floor vs 30th floor but headache to pick because of the price difference. KLCC view out of my budget sad.gif

I'm actually ok with facing Vantage Point residential units. But do not want to face the ground floor/car park area of Vantage point as I assume that is where most of the noise will come from, especially when the residents leave for work etc.
But I've called for clarification and it seems Vantage Point ground area will be level with Block D 3rd-floor parking. Think I'm willing to settle for my 9th floor unit smile.gif
