I dunno about the quality but suggest you check it out the recent completed project. Maybe facade is good but not inside of unit!

I think is time to tell something bad to boutique developer. The defects has been dragging for more than a month and simply (cincai) do. Not only one unit has this issue, i think couples of units owners are unhappy. whistling.gif

I would compare within the area such as serigin, le yuan or kuchai avenue. Products wise both theleafz and nidoz are aim and design as medium high end. Indicating selling price for nidoz start from 580k.
