My SA said this project will complete on 2022.. Don't you guys think this project takes too long time to complete? Almost 4 years to complete. Or maybe this project will complete earlier.

4 yrs is standard for service apartments.

if you buy now.....just keep the file away and only look at it 4 yrs later...…..dun even need to follow its progress on line or go to site to snap pixs and etc...…

4yrs later, your plan changed, your family structrure changed, your life changed, your daily routine changed, hence this property serves very little purpose already.

If not mistaken above 15 or 20 floors, the completion is 4yrs. Below that is 3yrs. May completed earlier, or later depends on progress. I heard some developer even not completed project already hand over VP coz dont want get penalty.
