Unless he can prove that all 15units are strictly under his sole name, otherwise i would have to assune that 15 units are joiinted purchased by either his students or followers or both.
And at the end of 4th year, my bet is he will share jis 2mil by way of given those joiht purchasers a free trip to holland |

layouts for these types of property all same same wan. why this is bad design?
