there is another conditions state gov imposed on SOHO units by developers.

if developers want to sell bebas SoHO, there must be affordable housing units among them for 1bedder. I cant remember what are the conditions.

Unless he can prove that all 15units are strictly under his sole name, otherwise i would have to assune that 15 units are joiinted purchased by either his students or followers or both.

And at the end of 4th year, my bet is he will share jis 2mil by way of given those joiht purchasers a free trip to holland

yes i do and i did that with my 5th property. all properties are under my sole name. i never joint or share property with anyone.

Then yr 3rd popety can get 90ltv.

There are tricks if yr 1st two are under loan. But i cant share here as these tricks are not 100% legal in a way.

layouts for these types of property all same same wan. why this is bad design?

the only mistake is they give super big balcony which is counter productive to this group of buyers.

and one bedroom in one design no windows at all.

and someone said this is a GRADE A property?

It all comes down to experience in studying layouts.

Sadly many ppl just look at the small pic (price tag) but ignore the sctual utility of each room n space.
