Actually I quite fond of the big balcony of the studio unit. In fact the type A2 is actually 2 studio unit combined.. there are limited unit of A2. If not mistaken only 20plus unit of A2 for each of the 2 blocks.
Level 14, 24, 34 and unit number with 4 will affect resell value? 13 too?

I would think the facing and unit floor more of a factor rather than the number. Now soho facing north all booked except for 14th floor for block A.
