Block A just launched and opened for booking. already 50 units booked. facing north still available. block B already 90% booked.

I would think the facing and unit floor more of a factor rather than the number. Now soho facing north all booked except for 14th floor for block A.

the Netizen was first launched a few years back, but due to high selling price, the response was very bad and KEB was forced to redo the whole project including the layout plan, floor plan and pricing and it was finally launched on November 2018.

currently almost 95% sold as of today with SOHO units 100% booked.

however, we are still waiting for loan rejection units to be released from time to time.
