Im already gaining weight right now..156 cm and my weight 50 ...but i got belly fat right now...after using mass gainer..only this i still cant remove my belly fat

3 times ..breakfast, lunch and dinner..only plain water...better if you want to take megatuar my advise better choc flav .strawberry weird..

Which flavor you try before? Choco and Strawberry? 3times a day can really gain so much in a month? Got do lifting or other thing?

Im took choc fav and 3 times a day ...yes do lifting

My routine makan rite now

Breakfes -3 half boiled egg]
- Bread whole grain with peanut butter/nasi lemak
-protein 2 scoop

Lunch - Rice with chicken breast
-protein 2 scoop

Night - Chicken rice
- protein 2 scoop

My personal opinion is that you overkilled on your protein intake.

3 eggs - 7*3 = 21g protein
2 slices bread - 8g protein
PB - 8g protein in 2 TS
Chicken breasts - 20g in a normal chicken rice portion * 2 = 40g
6 scoops whey - 24*6 = 144g protein
Total 221g of protein a day.

i need 140g+ protein.

the entire last week, i've been consuming peanut butter sandwich x2, boiled eggs x10, and 2-litre milk. i did gain weight, but i also experienced nasty breakouts, flatulence and bloatedness-- probably because of the milk. (lactose intolerance)

i wanna cut milk out of my diet, but i can't think of any alternative how to get that 60g+ worth of protein that i can get from milk.

i wanna save money so i don't wanna buy any protein supplements. i also rather prepare my food but i only have rice cooker and my fridge is faulty (it only cools, but can't freeze).

hi, i was wondering for those who have breakfast with coffee, how do you fit the protein shake plan in the diet? Take it later, at may be 10am or right after waking up? What is the best option?
