My personal opinion is that you overkilled on your protein intake. My routine makan rite now

2 slices bread - 8g protein
PB - 8g protein in 2 TS
Chicken breasts - 20g in a normal chicken rice portion * 2 = 40g
6 scoops whey - 24*6 = 144g protein
Total 221g of protein a day.
