QUOTE(internaldisputes @ Dec 27 2016, 07:38 PM) i need 140g+ protein. Chicken breast lo. 3 ounce is roughly 25g protein with little fat n zero carbs. I usually take 6 ounce or 180g breasts per serving. 2 servings will hit 100g. Some eggs, peanut butter and misc from bread, pasta etc u can hit 150g easily. the entire last week, i've been consuming peanut butter sandwich x2, boiled eggs x10, and 2-litre milk. i did gain weight, but i also experienced nasty breakouts, flatulence and bloatedness-- probably because of the milk. (lactose intolerance) i wanna cut milk out of my diet, but i can't think of any alternative how to get that 60g+ worth of protein that i can get from milk. i wanna save money so i don't wanna buy any protein supplements. i also rather prepare my food but i only have rice cooker and my fridge is faulty (it only cools, but can't freeze). Protein supplements are the cheapest to hit yr daily intake. At rm2-3 u get almost pure protein. Sama je ngan u buy chicken from chap fan or mamak |

U wanna grow breast? Lol....
Jokes aside, chest takes a long time to build provided u r doing the optimal exercises for chest. And that 2-3 kg is not all muscles even when nutrition is on point |

hitting 2500kcal should be a breeze if you know what to eat.
Heavy serving of peanut butter, olive oil, handful of mixed nuts (cashew, walnuts, almonds) ccan easily assist u to hit daily requirement. |
