i'm no expert..but this is my meal plan..
so far i see good improvement..
breakfast - 3half boiled egg + 5 spoon oatmeal + 1 glass milk
morning - 3 slices bread with peanut butter
afternoon - lunch as always with extra meat
evening - 3 slice bread with peanut butter + protein shakes
dinner - as always
supper - 2slices bread with cheese + 1glass milk
*if u workout, drink protein shakes 30min before & after
*morning and evening can be varies..
*require high level of discipline - need to follow this at least 3months b4 u will see slight improvement
*drink a lot of water - at least 3 liter a day
